Ross is a management consultant with over twenty years of financial and management consultancy experience. Ross started his career as a chartered accountant and auditor and progressed into financial systems implementation, management information systems, and performance and strategic management.

Ross has provided advice and assistance to a range of businesses including the establishment of processes and systems, strategic and business planning, business analysis, and financial management advice.

Ross has developed business diagnostic and planning tools and processes to assist small and medium sized enterprises to review their operations and to undertake effective strategic and business planning. This includes providing appropriate frameworks, facilitation, coaching, process mapping and improvement, costing for product and customer profitability, and performance measurement and monitoring.
