Waterview Road Tunnels
We assisted The Treasury’s infrastructure team to prepare the business case and Cabinet report on the twin bored tunnels option for the Waterview Connection State Highway proposal.

New Zealand Transport Agency
We scoped the agency’s project to streamline their transport planning and investment process with an aim of reducing churn and rework in the system.

Sanitary Water Subsidy Scheme
This scheme evolved from wastewater treatment to also cover water supply and tourism specific demand. We worked with the Ministry of Health and Local Government New Zealand to design the criteria and processes for allocation of subsidy funds.

Joint Officials Groups on Land Transport
We facilitated working groups from both central and local government to investigate the case for injection of further Crown funding into demand management, public transport, walking, cycling and roads. There were five projects in total from 2003 to 2008 in Auckland, Wellington, Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Christchurch.
