We developed models to assess the financial impact of various redevelopment options for Council’s $200m social housing portfolio.

Merger of Water Supply Operations in the Wellington Region
We reviewed business plans and operational savings targets for the shared delivery of water supply operations between Hutt and Wellington Cities.

Shared Cemetery Operations
Hutt and Upper Hutt City Councils asked us to facilitate the development of a joint approach to their future investment and operation of cemetery operations.

Development Contributions Policies
We have worked with six Councils on the design of these policies. We have also assisted Council to enable their financial and operational systems to track receipt and expenditure of contributions.

Revenue and Financing Policy
We have assisted Waipa District to develop a practical policy that brings an economic analysis of the benefits of Council’s expenditure together with the way in which rates are struck in practice.
