We scoped the agency’s project to streamline their transport planning and investment process with an aim of reducing churn and rework in the system.

Harbours Board
We worked with KPMG to scope the prospects for both privatisation and leasing of the Harbours Board.

Cargo Flow Analysis
We mapped current and prospective import and export cargo flows for CentrePort.

Joint Ofiicials Group on Land Transport
We facilitated working groups from both central and local government to investigate the case for injection of further crown funding into demand management, public transport, walking, cycling and roads. There were five projects in total from 2003 to 2008 in Auckland, Wellington, Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Christchurch.

Ministerial Advisory Group on Roading Costs
We managed the project for the Ministry of Transport including working with the independent group members in their investigations and write-up of the final report.
