Developer Payments as a Condition of Resource Consent
We assisted Porirua City Council to calculate an equitable upfront payment for its acceptance in perpetuity of the costs of maintaining a non-public road.

Transport Hub Proposals
We assessed rail based distribution hub proposals for the Eastern Bay of Plenty Regional Economic Development Trust.

Tourism Projects
We have worked as economic advisors to Tourism Resource Consultants to assess the financial viability and community economic impacts of a range of proposals, including: the Gisborne Voyaging Centre, Lake Tarawera Walkway, Te Araroa Walkway, and Minginui Village redevelopment.

Development Contribution Policies
We have worked with six Councils on the design of these policies. This has involved working with asset managers to establish an economic rationale for the allocation of costs to growth.
