Wellington City Council Social Housing
We developed models to assess the financial impact of various redevelopment options for the Council’s $200m social housing portfolio.

Port Stadium
The Ministry of Economic Development asked us to work with the Ports of Auckland to investigate the feasibility of locating a world class stadium on a waterfront site in time for the 2011 Rugby World Cup.

Rugby World Cup Infrastructure Risks
We conducted a stocktake of risks to the success of the 2011 Rugby World cup arising from activities in supporting infrastructure networks such as roading, electricity and airports.

Aquaculture Risk Managment
We assisted the Ministry for the Environment, Department of Conservation, Regional Councils, Ministry of Economic Development and marine farming industry groups to develop a framework for the management of risks of aquaculture structures.
