Development Contributions Policies
We have worked with six Councils on the design of these policies. We have also assisted Councils to enable their financial and operational systems to track the receipt and expenditure of contributions.

Revenue and Financing Policy
We have assisted Waipa District to develop a practical policy that brings an economic analysis of the benefits of Council’s expenditure together with the way in which rates are struck in practice.

Wellington City Council Social Housing
We developed models to assess the financial impact of various redevelopment options for the Council’s $200m social housing portfolio. We have also modeled the net impacts on tenants of rent level options after allowing for the receipt of accommodation supplement payments.

Earthquake-prone Buildings Policy
We assisted Wellington City Council to develop its policy, focusing on the timing of requirements to complete strengthening.
